Refund policy

HEAVEN.DSP software is delivered by download. As set out in our terms of sale, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download link has been sent, since you requested immediate supply of the software. We still refund in the following cases.

Full refund

• The software does not work on a system that meets the stated requirements, and we could not solve the problem within 14 days of your report.
• You bought the same product twice by mistake.
• You received neither the download link nor the licence key, and we could not resend them.
• The software has a lack of conformity that we cannot fix.

How to request it

Write to contact@heavendsp.com within 30 days of purchase, with your order number and a description of the problem: operating system, host software and version, error message or screenshot. We reply within three business days.

Timing and effect

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of our approval. The corresponding licence is then deactivated.
