It makes the mix louder and denser and never lets it past the ceiling. Everything runs at 8x linear-phase oversampling, so the top end stays clean even when you push.

Five controls and nothing to decode. INPUT sets how hard the mix hits the clip. SHAPE goes from soft, rounder peaks to hard, sharper ones. COLOR takes it from a clean clipper to a dense, coloured master: a steady second harmonic across the whole mix and a lift under the kick, then a harder push. OUTPUT only turns down. AIR opens the top above 8 kHz, after the clip.

The screen shows what the clip shaves off, live, and freezes the last clipped hit so you can see exactly how far over it went.

What you get

VST3 and Audio Unit plug-ins, plus a standalone application

True-peak ceiling at -0.1 dBTP, the low end kept mono when you push

Bypass in time with the plug-in's latency, your own presets, resizable interface

Lifetime updates

System requirements

macOS 11 or later, Apple Silicon and Intel: VST3, AU, standalone

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit: VST3, standalone

Any VST3 or Audio Unit host.
